Vera Sidika shuts down claims she finances hubby, Brown Mauzo

Vera Sidika, the popular Kenyan socialite, has hit back at critics who claim that she funds her husband, Brown Mauzo. The accusations surfaced after Vera denied that her recent gender reveal party was sponsored, prompting some fans to suggest that her partner could not afford her lavish lifestyle.
In response, Vera asserted her independence, stating that she has always enjoyed doing things for herself. “An independent woman is a major flex,” she declared. “My lifestyle has stayed the same for 10 years straight, whether in a relationship or single, because I’m independent.”
She also challenged those who believe that Brown Mauzo’s music career is his only source of income, stating that he has other assets that he does not flaunt. “My man ain’t loud, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have his life well put together,” she said.
Vera also criticized the notion that a woman should rely on a man to maintain a high standard of living. “Y’all are used to people that flaunt things their men can afford to do for them, and when he’s not in the picture, they can’t keep up the lifestyle,” she observed.
Despite the criticism, Vera remains confident in her own success and ability to make good decisions. “You’ll never see my crown slip coz I earned it, I wasn’t handed it,” she said. “I’m smart enough to make the right decisions, so move on.”
